ELT Connects is a platform built with the vision to bring English language teachers from across the world to a space rich with valuable resources, continuous support, and creative ideas to make their teaching more joyful and engaging, both for themselves and their students.
At ELT Connects, we put creativity, curiosity, and connection at the core of our professional learning offerings. At the same time, we help teachers cultivate these components in their lesson design and classroom instruction so that they can boost student engagement and success in the EL classroom!

About Me
Being the passionate, curious and creative person that I am, I have always sought ways to make my teaching practice more enjoyable.
In my decade-long teaching career, I have learned that I enjoy teaching the most when both myself and my students get creative, when I am able to spark curiosity in them, and when we engage with the learning material in a non-prescriptive way.
I have taught from ages five to fifty-five in Macedonia and the US. I have taught EFL, ESL, English for Specific Purposes, English Language Arts, Honors-level English classes and Academic Writing classes at the university level. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, and a Master’s degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from The University of Arizona.
I built this space to share what I have learned through my diverse teaching experience and to give (and receive!) what I rarely get from learning spaces for teachers: connection, practicality, efficiency.
